Before you write

• Order help: include your order number and the email used at checkout.
• Damaged or incorrect order: include clear photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
• Bulk or event request: include the product type, quantity, need-by date, and any branding or customization details.
• Local delivery: eligible addresses within five miles can select $5 local delivery on orders of $50 or more. Local pickup is not offered.
