Order processing

Most in-stock retail orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order, personalized, event, bulk, wholesale, and custom-quote orders may need additional production time. Any longer lead time shown on a product page or confirmed for a custom order takes priority.

United States shipping

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated at checkout from the products, destination, and current carrier rates. Transit estimates begin after the order ships and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Automatic free standard U.S. shipping is available on eligible orders of $99 or more after discounts. Some bulk, pack-pricing, wholesale, custom-quote, oversized, or otherwise excluded products may not qualify. Checkout shows whether the order qualifies and displays the final shipping charge before payment.

Local delivery

Eligible addresses within five miles of our Loxahatchee, Florida fulfillment location can select local delivery for $5 on orders of $50 or more. The option appears at checkout only when both the delivery address and cart meet those requirements.

Local pickup is not offered. Please do not travel to the fulfillment location to collect an order.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact information supplied at checkout. Carrier scans and delivery timing are controlled by the carrier after handoff. Check the shipping address carefully before placing the order.

Delays, damage, and address problems

If an order arrives damaged, appears lost, or has an address problem, contact support@loxlivin.com promptly with the order number and relevant photos or tracking details. We will review the order and carrier information and explain the available next step.
