Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unburned, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. For candles and fragranced goods, the product must be in resalable condition.

Items that are final sale

The following are final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival:

  • Clearance items.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Used or burned candles.
  • Opened room sprays and opened fragrance products.
  • Opened magnesium and other wellness products for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at LoxCandleCo@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

How to start a return

Email LoxCandleCo@gmail.com with your order number, return reason, and photos if applicable. Wait for return authorization before shipping anything back. Returns sent without approval may be refused. Return instructions and address are provided after approval.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item) or a verified damaged/defective product. If we issue a prepaid label, the cost may be deducted from the refund when applicable.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after return receipt and inspection, typically within 3-7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional posting time.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return for the original order and place a new order.

Order cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted quickly. We can typically cancel within 1 hour of purchase or before fulfillment starts. Once fulfillment has started, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Right to refuse returns or service

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or orders when there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or policy manipulation.
